Formever® is an authoring tool. It enables people trained in business to construct and operate their business systems without the need for IT expertise.
Formever reduces the complexity of developing and operating a multi-user business system to that similar to developing and using a spreadsheet.
Formever is based on a theory of business forms. Each form has a collection of fields that are positioned and have options set by the construction of a Master Form.
There are two main types of master forms:
Entities
Transactions
Entity forms represent things in the organization that have a unique identifier and continue across accounting periods. Common examples of entities are Employee, General Ledger Account, Client, Supplier, Project etc.
Transaction forms belong to a single accounting period and represent activities that have general ledger impact. Common examples of transactions are Journal Entry, Supplier Invoice, Sales Invoice, Sales Order etc.
