People who use Formever systems are called Directors. They are all assigned a Director Number which they used to log in. The first Director – Director 1 is called the Executive Director (ED). The ED has total access and rights. These rights cannot be revoked or overridden. So no matter what the ED can always change the system, add or remove Directors, log out Directors, change Director passwords etc. i.e. they have super powers over the system.
