In Formever all the people that use the system are called Directors. Each Director belongs to a Director Group. It is the Director Group that determines what forms the Director sees and what other elements of the Formever system he/she sees and what actions he/she can do to them. The back of the Director Group form has all the lists of forms Directors in that group can see and how those lists are formatted. The Admin Operations in the accounting period details what access rights each Director Group has.
